One address, read by a human. There is no ticket system and no bot: write in your own words and say what you need.

PickMe is small and new, so this is the same address for support, privacy, safety and legal questions. Say which one it is in the subject line and it gets to the right place faster.
You do not need an account, and you did not have to agree to anything. Write to us and we will tell you what we hold, which is normally nothing: CVs sent for screening are read once and are not kept on a server.
If you published a CV page as a link, you can delete it yourself in the CV builder on the device you made it on. Proof that the page is yours lives in that browser, so if you have cleared your browser data or changed device, write to us with the link and we will remove it.
PickMe quotes the CV it read and never invents experience. If you have seen it claim something a CV does not say, that is the most serious kind of bug this product can have and we want the example. Send the wording you saw and, if you can, the CV text it came from.
